Please note, the Mens Heavy is VERY oversized, its important to check the size chart, we have a lot of people exchnaging for smaller.

Incorrect Address on my order

It is the customers responsibility to ensure the address is correct on checkout.

Our orders are pulled through to production at 6.30am everyday. Therefore we can only edit orders from the previous 24h up to 6.30am.

If your order is within this timeframe please email oipunter@punterspolitics.com and we can assist.

If your order already has tracking:

You will need to contact the delivery agent and dircetly and request a re-direct. Some agents charge for this service, links below for how to re-route:

Incorrect Size or Item on my order

Items are printed in batches of 200-300, once it has been picked and sent to print it is near impossible to stop.

Our orders are pulled through to production at 6.30am everyday. Therefore we can only edit orders from the previous 24h up to 6.30am.

If your order already has tracking:

In this instance we cannot recall the package. You will have to wait for delivery and then return as an exchnage.

Order Processing Times

We make every product to order. From order placement production will take 5 working days. If you haven't received your tracking within 6 working days please drop us an email at oipunter@punterspolitics.com - but rest assured we will have already chased our production team!

Shipping Time Frames

We ship Australia wide from QLD with Aus Post. For metro areas shipping is usually 2-6 days, WA and regional is usually 7-14 days. If you haven't received your order, and have had no tracking updates for 5 working days please reach out at oipunter@punterspolitics.com so we can investigate.

Exchanges

To organise an exchange please contact oipunter@punterspolitics.com with your order number and preferred size.

Please note the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Stickers are not eligible for return.

Refunds

As we print on demand we do not hold stock. Unfortunately this means we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

Received a Damaged Item

Gutted, sometimes it happens though! If your item has been damaged in transport, or seems to have a production error, please send pictures of the issue within 48h of receipt to oipunter@punterspolitics.com and we will assist you.

Lost Package

If you have not received your order and the tracking has had no updates for 7 days please reach out to oipunter@punterspolitics.com and we get this sorted.

My order Returned to Sender (RTS)

If your order gets returned to us (incorrect address, or didn't collect from depo) we can reship it to you. Please contact oipunter@punterspolitics.com to let us know. There is a fee of $14.99 for this, this covers the cost to reprocess and reship the item.

If we do not hear from you we will refund the cost of the item minus the return to sender fee of $12.
